Everytime you meet with your KIDS HOPE USA student, it is important to take time at the beginning of the hour to reconnect and to find out how they are doing. We call this part of the KIDS HOPE hour the “Know What” period. This is when you will hear things like, “Know what I ate for lunch?” “Know what I did this weekend?” Some children will be reluctant to share, so it is helpful to have tools available that make it easy for them to share how they are feeling. One tool that you could purchase is The Judy Moody MOOD JOURNAL. From the Dial-a-Mood meter on the cover to the fun writing prompts inside, this creative journal will get your kids in the mood to explore their many moods and other facets of their lives.
So, tell me about the yuckiest thing that ever happened to you…..
The Mood Journal with the spinner is Out of Print.
How sad! I did just buy mine last week through Scholastic.
